- Voice-guided cooking assistance (Cooking Companion)

- Favorite recipes management
- Push notifications for recipe updates
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account:
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- One account per person
4. Subscription and Payments
4.1 Free Tier
- 5 recipe remixes (lifetime limit)
- 3 cooking companion sessions (lifetime limit)
- Ads displayed in the app
- Option to watch rewarded video ads for additional remixes
4.2 Premium Subscription
- Unlimited recipe remixes
- Unlimited cooking companion sessions
- Ad-free experience
- Priority customer support
4.3 Payment Terms
- Subscriptions are billed through your app store account (Google Play or App Store)
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- You can cancel anytime through your app store settings
- Refunds are handled according to app store policies
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
5. User Content and Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
- Upload malicious code or viruses
- Scrape or copy content without permission
- Abuse the AI features for spam or harmful purposes
- Share your account credentials with others
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by GPT Meals and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- Recipes generated are for personal use only
- You may not reproduce or redistribute AI-generated content commercially
- Recipe images are generated using licensed AI services
- App name, logo, and branding are our trademarks

8. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services:
- Google AdMob for advertising
- RevenueCat for subscription management
- OpenAI for AI recipe generation
- Expo for push notifications
These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their actions or policies.
9. Advertising
Free users will see advertisements:
- Banner ads on certain screens
- Interstitial ads between actions
- Rewarded video ads for additional features
- Ads are provided by Google AdMob
- You can remove ads by upgrading to Premium
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
- We are not responsible for third-party content or services
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold GPT Meals harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
